Sergey Viktorovich Khrustalyov (b. 1958) was born in Moscow.

He graduated from the Moscow Regional Pedagogical Institute. NK Krupskaya.
He worked at the University of the Arts (1981), a sculpture studio Andrey Maleev and Andrew Sadkova in MOSH educators NG Martynov and I. Midika.
In 1982, he served as the chief artist of the garden of culture and rest. Bauman (1982).
